Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
UK shipping We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Tracked and signed-for options are available at checkout for higher-value items.
International shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International or a tracked courier service depending on value and destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country.
Packaging All stamps, covers, and postal history items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Items are sent in protective sleeves and rigid mailers where appropriate.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available. For untracked services, we are unable to guarantee delivery times once an item has left our premises.
