Refund Policy
All items sold on GBstamps.net are genuine philatelic collectibles. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of stamps, covers, and postal history items, we are generally unable to accept returns unless an item has been significantly and materially misdescribed.
Misdescription claims If you believe an item has been materially misdescribed, please contact us at info@gbstamps.net within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, where upheld, offer a full refund upon return of the item in its original condition.
Condition grading All items are graded and described to the best of our ability using standard philatelic terminology. Minor imperfections consistent with the age of the item are not grounds for return unless omitted from the description.
Damaged in transit If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
